Truth is a concept that intellectuals used to masturbate over before their cowardice turned the keys of their institutions over to Marxist degenerates.

The reality is that unless you are a scientist or engineer, the truth has limited utility.

Do Steve Jobs’ employees think the man lived grounded by truth? What about Michael Jordan’s teammates?

As a performance coach, it’s my job to pay attention to the traits of top performers. And I can assure you, the crème de la crème convince themselves and their peers of a reality that leads to optimum performance; and this reality has elements of truth in it, but it is objectively not true.

Sure, one of the most common reasons people remain low performers is their inability to come to terms with the truth. But the other side of this coin is the inability of skilled performers to become truly elite by detaching themselves from objective truth.
