Most successful people are NOT autistic geniuses or uber talented stars.
They have IQs below 130, mildly above average looks at best, but they simply keep showing up because they either have insane self confidence or, more commonly, they've trained themselves to ignore the voice of doubt.
Before she had built a multi-million dollar personal care business, I remember telling an overwhelmed mentee that the KEY to succeeding in business was simply finding a way to stay in the game. Not having the best business plan. Not grinding harder than the competition. Just doing whatever needed to be done to live another day.
The difference between success and failure is having a mindset that simply refuses to quit. And if this is something you struggle with, I BET one or more of these 4 things is true:
1) You are sleeping less than 6.5 hours per day
2) You are not exercising regularly
3) You are not getting regular sunshine
4) You are not eating enough protein
Success is in many ways a chemistry formula. You need to understand that most people will succumb to a negative mindset without a proper physical foundation.
