But in order to suffer the LEAST amount of pain possible, you must become intimately familiar with how you perceive pain.
You must understand when pain comes, when it goes, stories you can tell yourself to endure just a little more. Only once you understand the PATTERN of pain, can you begin to notice that the most painful activities don’t actually produce the best results.
