1. Vulture Corporations Prefer Economically Unstable Employees. They may prefer to hire sales reps with high consumer or student debt. They may even encourage their employees to take on student debt or real estate debt. They know that their dollars will stretch further when their employees are desperate for an extra $5,000 bonus.

2. Vulture Corporations will Strip Employees of their Identity. When managing employees to hit a performance quota, their goal is to strip them of all meaning outside of what they deliver to the company. You scored a 760 on your GMAT? That's great, but you're performing at 79% of the quota we made up. You were a Division 1 athlete? That's great, but you're still a Level 1 Analyst and expected to slave away like the others. They want you to see you as they see you. Like a slave.
