Most people fail in life because they try too hard to get the wrong things right. Financial budgeting and fitness are both great examples. "Experts" say to follow a budget and save money every month, and one day in 20 years, you can maybe become a millionaire.

But if you take note of how truly rich people got rich, they didn't get there by cutting costs. They got there by building value. And often they saved no money for years and did the exact opposite of what Experts said to do in order to build it.

The same is true with regards to fat loss. Do you think Usain Bolt or Christian Ronaldo got ripped by counting calories and trying to be in a caloric deficit?

Of course they didn't. They ate plenty of food to become better ATHLETES.

And that's exactly what mediocre people get wrong about finance and fitness. They believe success is achieved through constraint. This is a fixed mindset. I'm here to tell you with absolute certainty that success is easier to attain with a growth mindset.

With a growth mindset, it’s possible to eat more, train less, rest more, and have BETTER results than those who are hyper fixated on caloric restraint.

Instead of focusing on calories, try prioritizing this instead:
