This is an insanely delicious recipe, but be warned: it is calorically dense. If I had trouble gaining muscle, these would be my best friend. But if I didn’t spend most days trying to figure out how to eat more food, I would substitute lean bison meat for the ground beef that I have been using. It would still be 🔥🔥🔥.
