“It’s soo flavorful,” my girlfriend just said. She’s allergic to most of the ingredients in here (garlic, paprika, tomato and gluten), but couldn’t help but cheating and eating a bite .
The amazing part about this ragù is it’s time efficient, tastes better than anything you’ll order from a restaurant, and provides more protein at a lower cost. My last batch took 30 minutes to prep, cost $30 worth of organic materials, and provided about 180g of protein that will keep for several days.
To make it, simply follow these steps:
Ingredients:
20 oz ground beef or bison
7 oz chorizo (preferably Palacio’s organic, available at Whole Foods)
24 oz tomato sauce (preferably with extra virgin olive oil base)
2-3 tbsp sea salt
2 oz peeled garlic
Half of an onion
1 oz parmesan cheese
8 oz of dry pasta
