I’ll repeat this until I’m blue in the face: Most cheat meals are only cheat meals due to how they’re prepared by restaurants. There’s nothing inherently “fattening” about tacos, burgers, pizza, or fried chicken. That’s why I’ve been able to stay lean for years eating a diet consisting mainly of that.
The latest addition to my “Not a Cheat Meal” list is chicken wings. Because nothing tastes better on Fight Night than chicken wings. It took me a couple tries to get this recipe up to the Chef Alex standard because most of the recipes you find online leave the wings soft 🤢 and I had to use some Chef Alex magic to make them crispy. Because obviously the crispy outside makes the chicken wing. So here’s how we prepare chicken wings on Fight Night or any night, Chef Alex style:
