I just crushed these after a solid lift. Each portion is about 70g protein, 110g carbs, 1000 calories for those who haven't figured out how to stop counting them. With food inflation the way it is, there is approximately zero chance restaurants will ever give you this much protein, so you better learn to cook it yourself:

Here are the ingredients you need (per adult):

  1. 2 oz dry pasta

  2. 8 large defrosted prawns

  3. 10 oz organic tomato sauce

  4. Butter

  5. Olive oil

  6. 4 garlic cloves

  7. Salt, pepper, chili flakes
