I just crushed these after a solid lift. Each portion is about 70g protein, 110g carbs, 1000 calories for those who haven't figured out how to stop counting them. With food inflation the way it is, there is approximately zero chance restaurants will ever give you this much protein, so you better learn to cook it yourself:
